(Must read before apply) Position : Inventory & Production Manager Location : [Insert your location or "Work from Office" / "Hybrid"] Company : N&J Appreal ✅ Key Responsibilities: 📦 Inventory & Stock Management Monitor and manage daily stock levels across warehouses and store locations. Maintain accurate stock records in software systems (e.g., Excel, or ERP). Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Forecast inventory needs based on sales data, seasonality, and promotions. Ensure reordering of raw materials and finished goods is timely to avoid stockouts or overstocking. 🏭 Production Management Plan and schedule production activities based on order requirements and capacity. Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and internal teams to manage production timelines. Maintain quality control at all production stages to meet brand standards. Track production costs, manage waste reduction, and suggest process improvements. Ensure timely delivery of finished products to the inventory system. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (1-3 years) in inventory or production management, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry. Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, inventory tools, or Shopify backend. Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory movement tracking. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. 💼 Bonus if You Have: Experience with D2C or ecommerce brands. Familiarity with garment production processes or vendor management.
