We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern/Trainee to join our Retail Leasing team. This role provides hands-on experience in the leasing process of retail spaces in malls, commercial complexes, and high streets. You will assist in tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, market analysis, and support the day-to-day operations of the leasing department.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma/MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Interest in real estate, retail leasing, or commercial property management.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
