Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including design schedules, budgets and resource allocation. Design Review & Approval: Review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with project requirements, building codes and regulations. Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering, ensuring that design solutions are efficient and cost-effective. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate design-related risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. Communication: Facilitate communication between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that design intent is clearly understood and executed. Design Standards: Develop and maintain design standards, ensuring consistency across projects and adherence to company branding. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements. Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage design-related budgets and costs, ensuring that expenses are tracked and controlled. Quality & Control: Monitor and ensure that design quality meets company standards and expectations. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed.
