Internship Trainee

HR Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding formalities for new joiners (document collection, induction coordination, etc.). Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with candidates and employees regarding HR-related queries. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. Admin Responsibilities: Assist in managing office supplies, vendor coordination, and daily administrative tasks. Help maintain attendance and visitor records. Support travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and other office logistics. Assist in organizing office events and meetings. Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations. Skills & Competencies Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Eagerness to learn HR and administrative functions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Eligibility Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in HR, Management, or related field). Freshers are welcome.
