We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Website Manager (for a Shopify PLUS store) who will be primarily responsible for improving the user & shopping experience of visitors on our website. This will include organizing the products in collections, structuring & updating collections, improving navigation, testing apps and features as well as monitoring website and apps performance and improving it on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for simplifying the user journey to improve conversions from shopping cart to checkout and order payment.

The basic requirements are:

1. 2+ years of relevant experience as a Website Manager/Catalog Manager/Ecommerce Manager
2. Knowledge & Experience with Shopify.com
3. Knowledge of Ecommerce, UI/UX & Email Marketing
4. Experience & skills of Content Writing is a HUGE PLUS
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions regarding marketing and sales strategies
6. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, partners, and customers

Your role and responsibility may include:

1. Website management: Updating banners, pages, blogs and collections (design support provided) no coding skills required, simple CMS tools available. 
2. Catalog Management: Updating and organizing collections and products (daily) - retiring discontinued products and adding new products, updating collections to ensure they are properly tagged & grouped. 
3. Content Management: Proofreading + Uniformizing and updating product descriptions, collection descriptions and other content on websites like FAQ and policies to make sure they are always updated.
4. Upsell Management: Using Rebuy and other apps to increase upsell opportunities.
5. SEO Optimization: Optimizing Products & Collections to improve SEO and thus better search results on Google.
6. Image management - Ensuring all product images comply with the required specifications - scan through all products and update the ones that dont. (design support provided)
7. Managing Promotions: Creating and updating Daily Deal (one product every day), Weekly Promotion (every Friday) and Monthly Promotion (on 30th of every month) , in agreement with FF team in advance and coordinating with social media team to promote it on social channels
8. Email Marketing Management: Using Klaviyo to send emails once a week. Gathering 6-8 products/collections/deals for each campaign and providing links to social team so they can create the email template. Thereafter you will manage MC and send these emails as well as monitor its progress
9. Simple HTML/CSS update - This may be required from time to time, will train or provide support.
10. Project Management : Your entire tasks will be assigned, explained and detailed on project management apps like Basecamp (look them up and see how it works) so you will receive updates and provide updates, action tasks and conclude them for final sign off on this app. Thus using these Task Management apps will be integral to your role.

Work Location: WORK FROM HOME or Co-Working Office

Hours: M-F: 45 hours a week on a fixed schedule

Pay: Rs70,000-Rs1,00,000/month (depending on experience and what you can accomplish)

Starting Date: Jan2026

Training: 10 hours of Unpaid Training Provided.
