Banking and records : Maintain proper trackers for the bank account - - by daily maintaining records of the transactions that have happened in the bank - and share the transactions history with the team by the end of the day. Invoice Review & Payment Processing: Review vendor invoices, obtain necessary approvals, deduct applicable TDS, and ensure timely processing of payments. TDS & GST Compliance: Support the accurate and timely deposit of TDS and GST, including GST. Statutory Return Filing: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, Income Tax Returns (ITR), and TDS returns within statutory deadlines. Payment Gateway Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of customer orders and payments received through payment gateways. Daily check of transactions to be recorded + check on charges and amount due from the PG - for the next working day + post the receipt check if all the amounts have been received - if not have to follow up with the PG till the full amount as per agreement is paid. Marketplace Accounting & Reconciliation: Reconcile sales, orders, and payment settlements from e-commerce platforms and marketplaces & QuickCommerce Places. Refund and Cancellation: Whenever there is a cancellation of order or any kind of refund to be issued to customer - get the calculation as per process - get approval from team and process refund via panel.
