International Voice Process Analyst

Purpose of the Role

The International Voice Process Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of property-related data by directly contacting homeowners, HOAs, and relevant stakeholders. This position supports Rexera’s mission of streamlining real estate transactions by gathering and verifying essential information related to municipal liens and property records, ultimately contributing to efficient, compliant, and timely file closures for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Outreach: Contact homeowners and HOAs to gather current and accurate information.
• Information Handling: Understand business objectives and resolve HOA-related concerns.
• Data Collection: Document details meticulously based on conversations.
• System Management: Ensure all information is properly recorded in workflow systems.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy and completeness of records.
• Compliance: Follow all internal policies and standards during interactions.
• Reporting: Share daily/weekly call activity and insights with leadership.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with peers and support the broader team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred in Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields).
• Prior experience of minimum 2 years in an international process or with US property liens, counties, or cities is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills and a clear, neutral accent.
• BPO experience is also acceptable
• Able to communicate professionally with government officials, property owners, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, online tools, and databases for information retrieval.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Shift Time: During Training - 7.30pm - 4:30am, Post Training 8pm - 5am IST

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
