Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can sell Digital Marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, ORM, Brand Building) along with Software Products (CRM, HRM, Ticket Management System, Custom Software Development solutions). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Services SalesSell SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, ORM, and Brand-building services to B2B and B2C clients. Understand client goals and recommend suitable digital strategies. Present case studies, campaign results, and digital marketing ROI. Build proposals and quotations for digital marketing packages. Software Products Sales Promote and sell CRM, HRM, Ticket Management System, ERP Modules, and Custom Software solutions. Conduct product demos for CRM/HRM and explain features to clients. Identify client needs and match them with the right software solutions. Coordinate with the technical team for customization or special requirements. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, field visits, events, referrals, and email outreach. Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals efficiently. Maintain updated sales pipelines in the CRM system. Relationship Management Maintain communication with new and existing clients. Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing and software products. Build long-term customer satisfaction and trust. Reporting & Coordination Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Work closely with digital marketing and software development teams. Provide market insights and competitor analysis. Required Skills Strong understanding of Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM (Google Ads), SMM, ORM, Brand Campaigns. Basic knowledge of CRM, HRM, ERP, and Custom Software solutions. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand business needs and pitch relevant solutions. Experience with tools like CRM software, Google Ads, and social media platforms (preferred).
