Your Mission

Drive explosive growth for our digital marketing agency by:

• Onboarding 10+ new clients monthly through strategic cold outreach
• Dominating US/UK/Canada markets via 250+ daily calls & hyper-personalized emails
• Converting prospects into retained clients for our custom Ai/digital marketing services

Key Responsibilities

• Execute 1450+ cold calls/week (US/UK/Canada) during 9 AM-5 PM EST hours
• Craft 5000+ personalized email campaigns/week
• Own end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Outreach → Demo Booking → Close
• Hit non-negotiable target: 10+ signed clients/month
• Update CRM (HubSpot) with 100% accuracy

Compensation & Reward

• $800/ Month + $100 Additional bonus for target completion.

Non-Negotiables

• ✅ 4+ years agency BD/sales experience (Digital marketing services required)
• ✅ Proven track record: Min. 7 closed deals/month in previous role
• ✅ Native-level English: Zero accent barriers on US/UK calls
• ✅ Tech stack mastery: HubSpot/Salesforce, cold email tools (Mailchimp/Outreach)
• ✅ Availability: 100% overlap with US business hours (EST/CST)
