Key Responsibilities: Handle international inquiries from contractors, distributors, OEMs, and traders . Respond to emails, calls, and trade leads with speed and professionalism. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and negotiate pricing. Coordinate closely with the factory, documentation, logistics, and marketing teams. Manage and track sales pipeline using Zoho CRM . Follow up on samples, technical documentation, and approvals. Build long-term relationships and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of export sales experience in industrial or electrical products. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English . Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), HS codes, and basic documentation. Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other CRM tools. Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.
