Earthing, Lightning Protection, Cable Lugs, Cable Cleats


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international inquiries from 

    contractors, distributors, OEMs, and traders

    .
  • Respond to emails, calls, and trade leads with speed and professionalism.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and negotiate pricing.
  • Coordinate closely with the factory, documentation, logistics, and marketing teams.
  • Manage and track sales pipeline using 

    Zoho CRM

    .
  • Follow up on samples, technical documentation, and approvals.
  • Build long-term relationships and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of export sales experience

     in industrial or electrical products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in 

    English

    .
  • Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), HS codes, and basic documentation.
  • Familiarity with 

    Zoho CRM

     or other CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.
