Job Description

Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within India. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential customers, conduct market research, and convert leads into sales. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

Graduates, preferably with an MBA (B.Pharm, M.Sc. Chemical/Biotechnology, B.Tech Biotechnology/Chemical, MBBS, etc.) Strong passion for sales and business development Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM software for sales tracking and customer management. Knowledge of domestic market trends in natural ingredients and wellness products.
