Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Specialist, located in Chennai. The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying international business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering presentations to international clients, overseeing the trade process, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and participation in global business initiatives to achieve sales objectives and expand RSoft's global presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in International Sales and International Trade hiring for Chennai Location. 12 to 9 Shift. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in international sales especially US / UK
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Familiarity with International Business practices and operations
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in global market trends and cultural sensitivity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
