Sales & Lead Generation: o Promote logistics services to prospective clients with the aim of maximizing revenue. o Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing, references, networking, and CRM tools. o Actively hunt for and develop logistics opportunities across India and other target regions. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: o Meet potential clients and deliver compelling pitches on service offerings. o Handle customer objections effectively and build long-term trust. o Maintain strong relationships with portfolio clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Operational Coordination: o Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions. o Resolve issues in ongoing operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Strategic Sales Execution: o Drive business growth with a sharp focus on customer needs and market trends. o Work across departments and manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment. o Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support internal and external customers. Sales Tools & Reporting: o Use CRM systems and internal databases to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting. o Develop tailored sales strategies and marketing materials based on client needs.
