The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT products, IT services, digital marketing solutions, and on-demand resourcing to international clients, particularly in the US and UK markets.This role offers commission-based compensation, where your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives on targets, builds strong client relationships, and excels in closing deals, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new international business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.• Sell IT products, digital marketing services, and technical resourcing solutions to B2B clients.• Conduct client meetings (calls/video) and present company offerings with clarity and confidence.• Understand client business needs and technical requirements; create and deliver custom pitches and proposals.• Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.• Maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.• Track sales progress and generate reports and projections.• Conduct market research to identify growth areas and potential leads.Required Skills & Experience:
• 1+ year of international sales experience, preferably targeting US/UK markets.• Strong communication skills with fluent English, especially on calls and video meetings.• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.• Self-starter mindset with the ability to find, target, and convert leads independently.• Familiarity with IT services, digital marketing, SaaS, or product-based sales is a plus.
