As an experienced Sales Manager/Sr. Manager for the ADAS/Mobility product line in the APAC Region, your role will focus on driving sales and business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales targets by developing and executing a strategic sales plan - Building strong customer relationships and expanding market reach - Identifying new business opportunities in the automobile sector, especially in the Aftermarket segment - Conducting market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs - Generating leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings - Providing technical consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to client inquiries You will also be required to collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure technical feasibility, create effective sales campaigns, and achieve target sales. Other key responsibilities include: - Tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to management using CRM tools - Utilizing negotiation skills to prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts - Participating in market expansion and brand positioning activities, such as trade shows and identifying potential partnerships The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling solutions/ADAS internationally. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales forecasting tools.
