As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the International Sales department at our Gandhinagar office, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue. Your responsibilities will include: - **Client Relationship Development:** Proactively establish new client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning with our AI offerings. - **Lead Response and Conversion:** Act promptly on leads, assess sales potential, and ensure thorough follow-up to convert prospects into active clients. - **Client Engagement:** Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and strategic interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - **Negotiation and Closure:** Drive negotiations and effectively close deals by leveraging your deep understanding of AI services and the competitive landscape. - **Business Development Strategy:** Implement targeted strategies to capture new business opportunities in line with strategic sales plans and channel playbooks. - **Industry Networking:** Actively participate in industry events and conferences to network with prospective clients and enhance our market presence. - **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Collaborate with other departments to align business development strategies with company objectives for unified progress towards client success. - **Sales Effectiveness Monitoring:** Track and optimize sales and business development activities through comprehensive metrics and data analysis. Your experience in international sales will be crucial, with a minimum of 2 years required. The office timings for this full-time, permanent position are from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM on-site.
