Role Summary

Krishna Overseas is looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive to manage global client accounts, grow business in new markets, and ensure smooth export operations within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international sales in existing and new markets.
Manage client communication and negotiations and complete customer service (PI, contracts, orders & export documentation).
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate order reports.
Study target-country markets and identify new export opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to represent the company.
Maintain MIS records and sales forecasts, and report regularly to HOD.
Generate new business leads through outbound communication.

Requirements

MBA in Sales (preferred).
Understanding of FMCG and export processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of international market trends and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office & MIS reporting.
