As a Business Development Executive at our company in Rajkot, Gujarat (India), your primary focus will be on searching for new clients and promoting our products. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, as well as coordinating business generation activities. Your role will also involve developing customized strategies, nurturing leads, dealing with international clients, and handling client communication. Additionally, you will be expected to negotiate, draft contracts, and coordinate with production and other client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities - Coordinating business generation activities - Developing customized, preferable strategies - Lead Nurturing - Dealing with international clients and handling client communication - Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process Qualifications Required: - MBA with Specialization in International Business (more preferable) - Any graduate or post-graduate As a candidate for this position, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a growth mindset, the ability to smartly tackle calls and interact with potential leads/clients, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, an understanding of sales management, and a good grasp of marketing strategies. The role may involve working in rotational shifts, including Europe Shift from 4 PM to 1 AM and US Shift from 10 PM to 7 AM.
