We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in International Business, particularly in the #B2B segment. The role involves driving sales growth and expanding our presence in international markets by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients in international markets for Think Exam’s online examination and assessment solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to discover new opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—ensuring timely communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate Think Exam’s platform, showcasing its features and benefits effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to management.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about sales and business growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
