International Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive - International Sales to support our global sales initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, managing CRM activities, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in daily sales operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in international business development with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Research and identify potential international clients.
• Initiate communication through email and other approved channels.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with internal departments (operations, logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth handling of client inquiries.
• Act as a bridge between sales and cross-functional teams for timely responses.

CRM Management

• Accurately enter inquiries and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Update daily activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress in CRM.

Sales Operations Support

• Assist senior sales team members with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Track inquiries, responses, and conversions systematically.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, International Trade, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and self-motivated.
