Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDEs). In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. This role demands strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Candidate should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and possess proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Management:

    Leverage your existing network to bring in freight opportunities and build long-term relationships with US shippers.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership:

    From prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing accounts—own the entire shipper relationship.
  • Coordination with Carrier Team:

    Work with our in-house carrier experts who handle sourcing and negotiating with trucking companies.
  • Problem Solving & Escalation Management:

    Be the key point of contact for shippers and ensure high service levels throughout the delivery process.
  • Documentation:

    Handle and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions.
  • Reporting & Market Awareness:

    Stay informed about your lane volumes, shipper needs, and market shifts to optimize growth opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners. 
  • Adaptability:

    Ability to quickly learn and understand the logistics industry, even if you do not have prior experience in this field. 
  • Eager to Learn:

    Display a strong interest in developing expertise in the logistics field. 


Facilities Provided:

  • Salary:

    Starting from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month + Both-side cab service + Meals & Snacks, depending on skills and experience. Additional incentives (commissions) are provided based on the performance.
