International Sales & Client Servicing Executive – AdTech


Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join Spaxads as an International Sales & Client Servicing Executive. The role focuses on driving international sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new international clients across key markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Pitch Spaxads’ AdTech solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Track and report sales performance and opportunities.

Client Servicing & Account Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  • Understand client objectives and ensure campaigns meet expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on global AdTech trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide market insights to improve product offerings and service delivery.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in AdTech sales, digital advertising, or client servicing with international clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, or ad networks.
  • Understanding of campaign analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
