Key Responsibilities: Publisher Onboarding & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers and traffic sources (web, in-app, display, native, push, etc.). Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with publishers and supply-side partners. Campaign Optimization: Ensure publisher traffic meets quality and performance benchmarks (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, retention). Negotiation: Negotiate rates, inventory access, and exclusive deals with publishing partners. Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze publisher performance using internal dashboards and third-party tools (e.g., Voluum, Appsflyer, Adjust). Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Monitor traffic for quality, ensuring compliance with campaign terms and proactively addressing issues. Coordination with Sales & Media Buying Teams: Collaborate to align supply with demand, campaign goals, and traffic requirements. Market Trends: Stay updated with digital advertising trends and suggest new monetization opportunities. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in affiliate/publisher management, preferably in an AdTech or performance marketing environment. Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners in CPI, CPS, CPL, or CPM domains. Excellent understanding of traffic channels (e.g., pop, push, native, in-app, display). Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and analytics platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Salary - Upto 5 LPA Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to potential publishers across various verticals. Qualify leads and onboard new publishers to the company’s ad network. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration (tags, SDKs, APIs). Conduct product walkthroughs and educate publishers about platform capabilities. Ensure publisher accounts are set up correctly and optimized for performance. Maintain onboarding documentation, processes, and reporting. Build strong relationships with publishers during the onboarding phase for long-term retention. Requirements: 1 years of experience in publisher acquisition, affiliate onboarding, or ad operations (preferred). Strong understanding of digital advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPS, programmatic, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with tracking platforms, dashboards, and ad tags. Self-starter with the ability to meet targets and deadlines. Prior experience in an Ad Network, DSP, or SSP is a plus.
