Affiliate Publisher Manager

Job Description

Salary - Upto 5 LPA Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to potential publishers across various verticals. Qualify leads and onboard new publishers to the company’s ad network. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration (tags, SDKs, APIs). Conduct product walkthroughs and educate publishers about platform capabilities. Ensure publisher accounts are set up correctly and optimized for performance. Maintain onboarding documentation, processes, and reporting. Build strong relationships with publishers during the onboarding phase for long-term retention. Requirements: 1 years of experience in publisher acquisition, affiliate onboarding, or ad operations (preferred). Strong understanding of digital advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPS, programmatic, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with tracking platforms, dashboards, and ad tags. Self-starter with the ability to meet targets and deadlines. Prior experience in an Ad Network, DSP, or SSP is a plus.
