Affiliate Publisher Manager

As an aspiring candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key aspects: Role Overview: You will be primarily focused on identifying and reaching out to potential publishers across various verticals. Your role will involve qualifying leads and onboarding new publishers to the company's ad network. Collaboration with the technical team to ensure smooth integration of tags, SDKs, and APIs will be crucial. Moreover, conducting product walkthroughs and educating publishers about platform capabilities will be part of your routine tasks. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that publisher accounts are correctly set up and optimized for performance. Maintaining onboarding documentation, processes, and reporting will also be a key aspect of your role. Building strong relationships with publishers during the onboarding phase to ensure long-term retention will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential publishers across various verticals. - Qualify leads and onboard new publishers to the company's ad network. - Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration (tags, SDKs, APIs). - Conduct product walkthroughs and educate publishers about platform capabilities. - Ensure publisher accounts are set up correctly and optimized for performance. - Maintain onboarding documentation, processes, and reporting. - Build strong relationships with publishers during the onboarding phase for long-term retention. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in publisher acquisition, affiliate onboarding, or ad operations (preferred). - Strong understanding of digital advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPS, programmatic, etc.). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable working with tracking platforms, dashboards, and ad tags. - Self-starter with the ability to meet targets and deadlines. - Prior experience in an Ad Network, DSP, or SSP is a plus.,
