Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in international recruitment or business development (preferably in education or hospitality).
Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional email & phone communication abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and travel internationally when required.
A global mindset and passion for student success.

Job Summary:

International Recruitment and Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

International Student Recruitment

Plan and implement strategies to recruit international students for hospitality, culinary, and tourism programs.
Partner with global education consultants, recruitment agencies, and school/university counselors.
Represent the institution in international education fairs, webinars, and virtual/student engagement events.
Handle lead follow-ups via email and phone; maintain strong conversion rates.

Business Development

Identify and build partnerships with hotel chains, tourism boards, and hospitality organizations globally.
Coordinate internship and placement tie-ups with industry leaders.
Support creation of articulation agreements with foreign academic institutions.

Relationship Management

Maintain and expand relationships with overseas agents, recruiters, and partners.
Be the primary point of contact for international recruitment queries.
Engage with alumni abroad to strengthen brand presence and referrals.
