Education :

Graduate or postgraduate with relevant experience
Experience: 5 years relevant experience, preferably from an Education Industry Knowledge of:

Exposure of Placement related activities.
Experience of Training and Placement.
Good in coordination, counselling and negotiating skills.

Skills & Expertise:

Coordinate with students and companies and align interviews.
Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job openings.
Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
Provide targeted career information and resources for specific majors and interest groups to students and alumni as needed.
Identify the number and types of positions needed
Assist with maintaining employer database(s). Maintain student files as needed.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
To place the academic students in various companies
Closely working with excising clients and as well as adding new clients to the organisation
Arranging Mock interviews and recruitment workshops.
Orient students and alumni to career planning must assist their obtaining employment
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments and program managers
Participate in coordination and organization of on-campus events such as regular placements drive and annual career
Ensure that all students are rightly matched
Build good network with various corporate companies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 12,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
