Desired Experience Range: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyse 

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

   in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage all 

  day-to-day accounting operations

   including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform regular 

  bank reconciliations

   and ensure accurate 

  cash flow management

  .
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust 

  financial controls and processes

  .
• Lead the preparation of 

  budgets, forecasts

  , and 

  variance analysis

   to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with 

  local and international tax regulations

   and support external audit processes.
• Use 

  Xero

   for financial data management, processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights for business decisions.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior finance staff when required.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).

• 3 to 7 years

   of post-qualification experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Demonstrable experience using 

  Xero accounting software

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  accounting principles

  , 

  regulatory compliance

  , and 

  financial standards

  .
• Proficient in 

  Microsoft Excel

   and other financial systems/tools.
• Excellent 

  analytical

   skills.
• Strong communication skills;

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a
