Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing international marketing activities in the Paints & Coating industry. Your main focus will be on the European and American markets, with a particular emphasis on specialty chemicals like Personal care, Home care, and Flavor and fragrance chemicals. Key Responsibilities: - Have 2 to 3 years of experience in international marketing within the chemical industry - Possess techno-commercial knowledge of the Paints and Coating industry - Demonstrate experience in the Paint industry with knowledge of curing agents and surface coating - Be a strong communicator and an excellent team player - Have exposure to the Europe and USA markets, particularly in the Paint industry - Hold a formal qualification in Paint technology Qualifications: - Ideal candidate would be a Paint Technologist or Science Graduate with a Post Graduation in Marketing - Exposure to international markets would be an additional advantage Additional Details: As an Associate Manager in International Marketing, you are expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong techno-commercial acumen, and good networking skills. You should take ownership of your tasks and show commitment to achieving results. Building relationships, collaborating with teams, and demonstrating maturity and adaptability are key behavioral traits for this role. Understanding the critical requirements of customers, being intuitive, and having effective communication skills are also important aspects of this position.,
