Additionally, participation in Global COEs activities, managing the ART team for innovation projects, leading regional innovation projects with RD&I, contributing to IP strategy for MS INT, developing talent within the ART team, ensuring presence in key technical conferences, and upholding EHSQ measures and compliance in all labs are essential aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of senior-level technical management experience with a focus on the coating industry, preferably holding a Master's or PhD degree in organic chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
