Job Title: Lead Generation Expert / Data Mining Expert

Location: Indore (Work From Office Only)

Company: IBR Infotech – IT Services & Software Development Company


About the Role


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert / Data Mining Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, extracting, and qualifying potential business leads for international IT services and software development projects. You will work closely with the sales and business development team to generate a strong pipeline of prospects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate high-quality leads for IT services in the international market.
  • Perform data mining, email extraction, and prospect research using various tools and strategies.
  • Utilize multiple lead generation methods and platforms, including but not limited to:
  • Portals: Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Clutch, GoodFirms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Tech Directories & Listings: Crunchbase, AppFutura, DesignRush, etc.
  • Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram for B2B outreach.
  • Email Marketing & Tools: Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, Mailchimp, Lemlist.
  • Other Methods: Cold emailing, cold calling, web scraping, database building, networking.
  • Qualify and verify leads before passing them to the Business Development team.
  • Maintain lead database (CRM/Zoho/HubSpot or equivalent).
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance regularly.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience (1–4 years) in lead generation / data mining for IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of international market lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using B2B portals, scraping tools, email finder tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills (must be fluent in English).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Zoho/HubSpot) will be an added advantage.
