Brandscape is a full-service digital marketing agency helping brands create a meaningful impact through integrated marketing strategies. We specialize in Amazon, and e-commerce, working with clients across industries to build scalable, impactful solutions. As part of our e-commerce vertical, we work with multiple brands, helping them thrive on international marketplaces like Amazon Uk and USA.

This is an agency role, where you'll have the unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple global brands, scale their presence in international markets, and drive measurable growth through strategic marketplace management and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and execute tailored launch plans for products across global marketplaces, ensuring alignment with local customer preferences, regulations, and competition.

Marketplace Operations:

Oversee end-to-end marketplace operations including product listings, content optimization, SEO, pricing, inventory updates, and promotional planning.

Performance Marketing:

Strategize and run paid and organic marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions; continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS.

Partnerships & Relationships:

Build and manage relationships with account managers from Amazon, Walmart, Noon, and other platforms to secure visibility and favorable placements.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with regional regulations regarding product listings, labeling, taxation, and packaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, merchandising, customer service) and client stakeholders to execute cohesive e-commerce strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 3–4+ years in international e-commerce with a strong focus on marketplace operations and D2C platforms. Agency experience is a plus.

E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international marketplaces, platform algorithms, and trends.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and implement performance-driven solutions.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional coordination.

Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing operational or performance-related issues.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Familiar with tools like Amazon Seller Central.

Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus depending on markets handled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
