PROCESS 1:

INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS - CUSTOMER SUPPORT

• Graduation mandatory
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support (International Voice preferred)
  
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  
• Immediate joiners preferred

PROCESS 2:

INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS - CUSTOMER SUPPORT (TECHNICAL)

Role:

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory)
  
• Undergraduates with relevant international experience are eligible
  
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
  

Work Details

• 5 days working | 2 week-offs
  
• Rotational shifts
  

Salary & Benefits

• : Up to 4.8 LPA
  

• Transport

  :2-way cab facility within 25 km radius, or
• Transportation allowance of 3,000 TO 4,000 (for men opting out for cab)
  

PROCESS 3:

BANKING & FRAUD ANALYST ( ONLY INTERNATIONAL VOICE EXPERIENCED )

Role:

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking / Fraud / Disputes
  
• Mandatory International Voice experience
  
• Excellent English communication skills
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
  

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice and blended channels
  
• Analyse fraud cases and ensure regulatory compliance
  
• Investigate transactions and identify suspicious activities
  
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
  

Salary & Work Details

• Salary: Up to 6 LPA
  

• Working

  : 5 days | 2 week-offs

• Cab Facility

  : One-way cab provided (25kms)

PROCESS 4: DOMESTIC VOICE - CUSTOMER SUPPORT (FLUENCY IN HINDI, ENGLISH MANDATORY )

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Voice Process
  
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  
• Basic knowledge of Accounts preferred
