||Hiring International Customer Support (Voice)||Immediate Joiners||

Freshers with execllent communication skills

Min 1 year of experience into International Customer/Technical Support Voice Process. [Mandatory]

About the Role

International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Document interactions in CRM and follow up on pending issues.
Meet process KPIs such as AHT, Quality, CSAT, and adherence.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills (clear and neutral accent).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency and multitasking ability.
Prior international voice process experience is an added advantage.

Eligibility

Any graduate / undergraduate with relevant experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Immediate joiners only.
