Job Description: As a Customer Services Advisor, your role involves delivering high quality customer centric solutions and providing insights on customer needs. You have the opportunity to turn challenging situations into moments of delight within a fast-paced customer service environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound customer queries related to billing, rate plans, service activations, troubleshooting, and complaints via live chat. - Creating Upsell/Cross sell opportunities while assisting customers through live chat. - Providing accurate and relevant information to resolve customer queries on the first contact. - Taking end-to-end ownership of customer issues and following through commitments. - Listening actively, understanding customer issues, and communicating clearly and calmly. - Adhering to work schedule, contributing to operational efficiencies, and maintaining warm professional relationships. - Contributing to business profitability through up-sell/cross-sell initiatives. Qualification Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong listening skills, patience, and ability to handle objections. - Persuasiveness, diligence, and achievement orientation. - Teamwork and relationship-building skills with customers and team members. - Problem-solving abilities and logical approach to address issues. - Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office applications. - Experience in live chat processes, customer services, or Telecoms industry is mandatory. - Experience with Upselling/Proactive Sales on live chat is mandatory.,
