Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in Kolkata, with a strong background in Human Resources and experience in the BPM/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
