Role Overview

Lead Hoora’s international market entry and expansion through a Master Franchising model

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchising Strategy:

  Design and implement the global franchising model, covering legal, operational, and financial frameworks.

• Market Entry:

  Conduct international market assessments, manage regulatory compliance, and localize Hoora’s service model for success in each region.

• Financial Oversight:

  Own international P&L, build royalty projections, and manage expansion budgets.

• Partnership Development:

  Identify, evaluate, and onboard master franchisees with proven operational and financial capability.

• Deal Negotiation:

  Lead multi-million dollar partnership negotiations, securing favorable and sustainable agreements.

• Operational Transfer:

  Oversee localization of Hoora’s technology platform, operational standards, and Vehicle 360 service playbook.

• Performance Governance:

  Implement governance systems to ensure franchisee performance, compliance, and brand integrity.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in

  international business development, strategy, or franchising leadership

  .
• Proven expertise in

  Master or Multi-Unit Franchising

  within large-scale service sectors or automotive/mobility businesses.
• Strong financial, legal, and operational acumen with a track record in

  complex international deal-making

  .
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
