Job Opening: Associate – Tier 1 & 2 (UK Voice Process – Outbound) Location: Vadapalani, opposite Forum (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-Time | UK Voice Process Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday) Salary: Up to ₹18,000 + Attractive Incentives Experience: 0 to 2 Years Education: 12th Pass / Graduate candidate must have an Excellent English Communication.... About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and English-proficient candidates to join our UK-based outbound voice process. As a Tier 1 Associate, you will make outbound calls to UK customers, promote products/services, handle objections, and drive lead generation or conversions as per campaign requirements. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and candidates with prior international voice process experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales or survey calls to UK customers. Follow scripts and pitch products/services per campaign. Understand customer needs and communicate benefits effectively. Handle objections politely and drive call outcomes (appointment/sale/lead). Update CRM tools with accurate data and feedback.Meet daily/weekly targets for call count, conversion, and quality. Maintain a professional tone aligned with UK customer expectations. Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality checks. Candidate Requirements: Education: 12th Pass or Graduate. Experience: 0–2 years in international voice process preferred. Fluency in English, with strong grammar and understanding of the UK accent. Strong persuasion and listening skills.Basic computer knowledge (CRM, call tools, data entry). Comfortable working in UK time zones (afternoon shift). Ideal Candidate Traits: Confident speaker with a polite, positive attitude. Target-driven and able to handle rejections gracefully. Willingness to learn about UK customer behaviour.
