Key Responsibilities • Internal Audit: Assist in execution of internal audits, review of internal controls, and drafting audit reports. • Statutory Audit: Support statutory audit assignments, vouching, verification, and compliance with accounting & auditing standards. • Tax Audit: Assist in preparation of tax audit reports (Form 3CD) and review of compliance under Income Tax laws. • Due Diligence: Collect, analyze, and review financial and compliance documents for due diligence assignments. • Statutory Compliance: Support in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and ROC filings. • Maintain proper documentation and working papers for all assignments. • Coordinate with clients and resolve audit queries under supervision.
