Job Description

Role Overview

Internal Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

Supervise internal sales team and ensure timely lead follow-ups and order closures
Build and maintain strong customer relationships (domestic and international)
Coordinate quotations, invoicing, dispatch, and after-sales support

Marketing & Digital Engagement

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
Work with the digital marketing team on social media, email campaigns, and website updates
Analyze online engagement and suggest performance improvements

International Business Support

Handle communication with international clients and partners
Support export-related documentation and compliance
Contribute to market research and expansion strategy

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, and communications using CRM
Generate sales performance reports and share insights with management

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
25 years of experience in internal sales, marketing, or international business
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience in healthcare/dental/medical industry is a plus
