Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow- up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage customer calls & make outbound calls as per requirement
  • Keep reports of interactions; provide details to management as and when required
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust in customer
  • Monitor quality of service delivery closely, create MIS and develop improvement methodologies under supervision.
  • Fluent in communication and language.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Excel, word, PowerPoint.
  • Any other responsibilities decided by the team as per requirement of Sales department.
  • Material procurement and import documentation.
  • Report preparation, coordinating the sales team by managing schedule, communicating relevant
  • Knowledge of SAP and ERP.
  • Responding to complaints from customer and give after sales support.
  • Follow up for payments
