Urgent Hiring: Internal Auditor (CA–Inter / Experienced Accountant)

Location: Sector 3, Ballabgarh, Faridabad

Organization: Reputed Public School Group (Audit for 3 Branches – Palwal Region)

Role Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (final offer depends on capability & experience)

Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Timing: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:

We are hiring a highly skilled CA–Inter or Experienced Internal Auditor to lead financial audits and ensure compliance for three educational branches under a reputed institution. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and experience in institutional or school-based accounting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complete internal audits across all branches ensuring accuracy and compliance

Review ledgers, receipts, statements, and financial documentation

Detect discrepancies and provide corrective financial recommendations

Oversee payroll verification, fee management, and expenditure tracking

Ensure compliance with statutory laws, GST/TDS, and institutional accounting practices

Prepare detailed audit reports for management review

Collaborate with school accounting teams for alignment and improvements

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Travel up to 25% for branch-level audits

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: CA–Inter (Completed/Pursuing CA Final)

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Audit/Accounts (School/Institution experience preferred)

Strong understanding of audit methodology, taxation, PF/ESI, compliance, & reporting

Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel (Advanced), and MIS reporting

Strong analytical ability with structured communication skills

Candidates from Faridabad / Palwal / NCR region preferred
