Job Title: Internal Auditor

Base Location: Pune

Experience: 0–2 Years Post Qualification

Travel Requirement: Up to 60% (primarily Africa region)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Internal Auditor who can independently conduct process audits, identify risks, recommend solutions and ensure implementation and verification of corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and process audits end-to-end.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and track CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• Verify implementation of recommendations and process changes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT etc.).
• Analyse data using Advanced Excel and prepare audit reports.
• Support process improvement and strengthen internal controls & policies.
• Travel extensively to site locations for on-ground audits and verification.

Desired Profile

• Strong internal audit exposure during internship/articleship.
• 0-2 years post-qualification experience in Internal/Process Audit.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI / data analytics is a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (primarily Africa region).
