Job Description:

Department: Internal Audit

Reporting To: Head Internal Audit

Job Purpose:

To support the Internal Audit function in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and executing internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance areas.

* Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps in business processes.

* Identify opportunities for automation/ digitisation of business processes.

* Review project execution, procurement, sales, leasing, and other real estate-specific transactions.

* Prepare audit working papers and documentation in accordance with professional standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and gather audit evidence.

* Draft audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.

* Follow up on audit recommendations and track implementation status.

* Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal audit.

Experience:

* Strong understanding of real estate operations, RERA compliance and project accounting.

* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office

Would prefer candidates with experience in internal audit of real estate sector.
