Job Description

1) We would like to hire a CA who has min 5+ years work experience. 2) The professional must have excellent MS excel skills and review of financial models, cash flows, valuations, etc. 3) Candidate should also have good analytical skills for evaluating BD deals, tax knowledge, due diligence skills, understanding long term finance models, responding to public market investors queries. 4) The candidate should ideally have a investor relations background or corporate finance background with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. 5) More broking houses have started covering us so understanding of valuation models would be critical. 6) Ability to interact with senior investment banking professionals and consultants would be important. 7) The candidate should be proficient in making detailed PowerPoint presentations to our internal and external stakeholders.
