• Assist in creating, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and official communication using

  MS Word

• Support data entry, basic calculations, data analysis, and chart preparation using

  MS Excel

• Help design and update presentations and decks using

  MS PowerPoint

• Manage emails, calendars, meeting schedules, and follow-ups using

  MS Outlook

• Maintain records, files, and basic databases using

  MS Access

  (if applicable)
• Take meeting notes, organize documentation, and maintain records using

  MS OneNote

• Collaborate with team members through chats, virtual meetings, and file sharing using

  MS Teams

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of

  MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  , and

  Teams

• Familiarity with

  MS OneNote and Access

  is an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma
• Open to students, freshers, or candidates seeking internship experience
