360Watts is an energy-tech startup with the goal of simplifying how residential users owns solar at their home — not just about selling one-time, but offering full service/support for the next 25+ years. From design to installation to maintenance and integrated with intelligent energy management app, we’re building a lifestyle that empowers users with transparency, proactiveness and maximising solar energy.


We’re the solar venture of Matterless Technologies, with vision to exploring AI-powered smart homes, ambient intelligence, community energy, peer-to-peer energy sharing and towards decentralised energy ecosystem of the future.


THE ROLE


We’re looking for an Entrepreneurial Intern (PAID) who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, talk to real users, and help us shape how our product is seen, understood, and bought. This is not your typical sales internship — this is your opportunity to be on the founding GTM team, work closely with the founder, and potentially grow into a Founding Sales Lead.


YOUR TASKS


  • Identify and acquire initial pilot customers by reaching out to target segments, initiating conversations, and closing early adoption deals
  • Experiment with innovative go-to-market strategies for Tamilnadu market, including pricing models, sales pitches and positioning that highlight how we’re different from typical installers, community outreach, cold messaging, and lead funnels
  • Scout for potential sales/channel partners and test small-scale partnership models (eg. Resident Welfare Associations of apartments, gated communities, neighbourhood communities, etc.
  • Document a sales playbook — capturing what works, what fails, what to scale
  • Collaborate closely with the UX Research Intern for product-market-fit validation
  • Support on developing customer onboarding practices, referral campaigns with existing users, pitch decks for different partnerships, etc.


WHO YOU ARE


  • A self-starter who wants to step out and talk with people + strategise analytically
  • Enjoy storytelling, listening, and closing conversations
  • Curious about climate tech, user psychology, and learn how markets work
  • Bonus: Prior experience with sales, startups, NGOs, college fests, or community outreach projects

  • On-boarding into the life of product sales
  • To build and implement customer-centric GTM strategies
  • To position and price a tech product
  • To grow into a full-time leadership role in sales, growth, or customer success
  • To think like a founder and execute in a founding startup


--> Start date: 01.08.2025 (or) 15.08.2025

--> Duration: 3 months

--> Salary: 6k per month (+ bonus up to 4k per month)
