Position: Intern – Quality Analyst
Experience Level: 0-1 Years
Job Location: Pune (Work from office)
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Stipend: As per Company Standards
Educational Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, MCA, BCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Computer Science or IT), or any related field.

Role Overview:
As an Intern – Quality Analyst, you will support the QA team in testing digital learning products to ensure they meet functional and quality expectations. You will gain practical experience in manual testing, bug tracking, project management, and working collaboratively with developers and designers to identify and resolve defects. This internship provides valuable exposure to quality assurance practices in a professional environment.
Objectives of this Role:
  • Assist in executing test cases and reporting software bugs
  • Learn and apply basic QA methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
  • Contribute to documentation and maintenance of test cases and bug reports
  • Understand the product flow and user experience to ensure product quality
  • Gain real-world experience in working within a cross-functional, agile environment
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct manual testing of web applications
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed test cases and test data
  • Participate in reviews of product requirements and specifications
  • Collaborate with the QA team to analyze issues and verify fixes
  • Ensure product meets quality standards and delivers a smooth user experience
  • Learn and utilize bug tracking tools for reporting and follow-up
  • Support regression and exploratory testing activities
Required Skills:
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles
  • Familiarity with test case design and execution
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field
  • Strong analytical and observational skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Exposure to bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure)
  • Knowledge of SDLC and STLC concepts
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms or digital products
  • Understanding of automated testing tools or scripting (basic level)
  • Experience with version control tools like Git (basic awareness)
