It’s an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about the development sector to build consulting and project management skills in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWho We’re Looking For
- Project Management & Operational Support
- Provide comprehensive support in building project deliverables.
- Prepare clear meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to maintain project momentum.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, databases, and progress trackers.
- Strategic, Research and Analytical Contribution
- Conduct secondary research to inform strategy and implementation.
- Analyse program data to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of presentations, concept notes, and strategy documents.
- Synthesize research findings into concise summaries and talking points for client engagements.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
- Stakeholder Engagement Support
- Support in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and presentations.
- Draft professional communications, emails, and follow-ups for senior client leadership, experts, and partner organizations.
- Assist in coordination and documentation of stakeholder discussions.
Educational Background
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree related to development studies or management.
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
